Copy oracle files in a folder on local hard disk.
Edit stage\prereq\client\refhost.xml file and add Windows OS like windows Vista
Open an elevated command prompt and run this command to start oracle installer:
setup.exe -ignoreSysPrereqs
Install Oracle as usual.
