Running VMware Workstation 7.1.3 on Windows 7 SP1 you are sometimes getting an error about allocating memory for your VMs. You might also have performance problems. The solution is to edit the file
C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware Workstation\config.ini
adding the parameter
vmmon.disableHostParameters = "TRUE"
After that you must restart windows.
