How to reset Winsock and TCP/IP stack in Windows 7

Open an elevated command prompt and then enter the following two commands:
netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries)
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (resets TCP/IP stack)
After that reboot your computer.

How to reset the Avaya 5610 phone to defaults

When the phone boots up press * to modify settings.
Keep pressing # to get to the "Enter Command" screen.
Press "HOLD" key once and then press 25327
After that press # and confirm the reset to defaults action.
